The findings contained in your hello plover report identify areas that may warrant further attention — they do not confirm the presence, absence, or severity of any dental condition.
Use of hello plover's services, website, or reports does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and hello plover or any supervising dentist who reviews your screening results. The supervising dentist's review is limited to the radiographic and photographic images captured during your screening appointment.
Dental X-rays and intraoral photographs have inherent limitations. Some conditions may not be identifiable through radiographic screening alone, including but not limited to: soft tissue conditions, periodontal disease not yet visible radiographically, early-stage decay between teeth, conditions requiring physical examination, and systemic conditions with oral manifestations.
A hello plover screening report does not guarantee that your teeth and gums are free from disease or conditions not identifiable through the imaging methods used.
The results of your hello plover screening do not replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by your treating dentist. hello plover strongly encourages all patients to establish care with a licensed dental provider, particularly if your report identifies findings that may warrant attention.
If your report identifies urgent findings, please contact a dental provider promptly. In the event of a dental emergency, please contact your dentist, an emergency dental clinic, or go to an emergency room.
hello plover uses Pearl AI, an FDA-cleared computer vision platform, to assist in the analysis of dental radiographic images. All AI-generated findings are reviewed and approved by a licensed supervising dentist before they are included in your report. The AI is a diagnostic tool — a human clinician confirms every finding before it reaches you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hello plover, its operators, supervising dentists, and staff are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: conditions identified or not identified in your screening report, decisions made based on your screening report, or delays in seeking dental care following receipt of your report.
